Modern SVR10 / SVR20 Natural Rubber Production Process

SVR10 and SVR20 are technical-grade natural rubber products widely used in the manufacturing of tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, industrial rubber, and many other technical products. To produce products that meet industry standards, the manufacturing process requires modern machinery along with strict processing procedures to remove impurities from raw materials.

The current SVR10/20 production system includes 10 processing machines and 5 mixing tanks supplied by Quang Trung Mechanical Company — one of Vietnam’s leading manufacturers of machinery and equipment for the rubber processing industry.

SVR10 / SVR20 Rubber Production Process

1. Raw Material Classification and Sorting

After being received, raw rubber materials are classified and separated into different batches based on material quality.

Workers remove impurities such as:

  • Plastic bags
  • Packaging ropes
  • Wood chips
  • Other foreign materials

2. Controlled Rubber Fermentation Process

After preliminary processing, the rubber materials are fermented for at least 10 days. Each batch is monitored carefully and sprayed with water twice daily.

Batches that do not meet quality requirements will continue the fermentation process to ensure stable input quality.

3. Cutting and Processing Through Mixing Tank No.1

After fermentation, the rubber is transferred onto the conveyor system and fed into the cutting machine, then moved to the first washing and mixing tank.

At Tank No.1, workers continue removing remaining impurities.

4. Processing Through Mixing Tank No.2

Rubber from Tank No.1 is transferred by bucket conveyor through the cutting and pressing machine, then moved to Mixing Tank No.2.

Workers continue inspecting and removing impurities to ensure cleaner material before the next stage.

5. Processing Through Mixing Tank No.3

After processing in Tank No.2, the material passes through the shredding and creping machine before entering Tank No.3.

At this stage, workers perform the final impurity removal process to ensure maximum cleanliness.

6. Creper Rolling and Granulating

Materials from Tank No.3 are processed through:

  • 3-roll creping machine
  • Creper Machine No.2
  • Creper Machine No.3
  • Primary granulator

The primary granulator cuts rubber sheets into granules approximately 4mm x 6mm in size before transferring them into Tank No.4.

7. Further Granulating and Homogenizing

From Tank No.4, the material continues through:

  • Creper 4
  • Creper 5
  • Creper 6
  • Creper 7
  • Creper 8

At this stage, the rubber is granulated into smaller particles approximately 5mm x 5mm before entering Tank No.5.

8. Loading Rubber Granules into Drying Containers

Rubber granules are automatically transferred into drying containers through the automated system.

Workers then:

  • Arrange drying trays
  • Label container numbers
  • Drain excess water from materials

9. Drying Process

After draining, the rubber materials are moved into the drying chamber. The drying system is adjusted according to each rubber grade to ensure optimal product quality.

10. Bale Pressing Process

After drying, the rubber is accurately weighed and compressed into bales based on customer requirements.

  • 35kg bales
  • 33.33kg bales

11. Inspection and Packaging

Pressed rubber bales undergo:

  • Sample cutting for quality testing
  • Final packaging
  • Classification of qualified and rejected products
  • Pallet stacking for warehouse storage
  • Separate batch management
